Bob has a broad base of business and technical experience in various consulting and management

positions spanning more than 30 years in the computer software industry.  He has worked on projects

with Fortune 500 companies spanning multiple industries including high tech, manufacturing, financial

services, telecom, and construction. Bob has extensive experience in business process automation,

Bob is a co-founder and partner of The Last Mile Group where he is responsible for planning and

managing projects with clients.  Bob has been instrumental in developing the best practices methodology

used by the firm on process automation projects and building on line communities for clients in the

Prior to The Last Mile Group, Bob was with JetForm Corporation, a market leader in electronic forms and

workflow automation software.  While with JetForm, Bob was Vice President of Workflow Systems where

he managed a professional services staff engaged in the design and implementation of automated

workflow solutions for customers.  He also held the position of Vice President of North American Partner

Operations.  Prior to JetForm, Bob was a co-founder of Workflow Partners, which specialized in business process

automation.  WorkFlow Partners provided professional services to clients engaged in the design,

development, and implementation of custom workflow solutions. 

Prior to Workflow Partners, Bob held management positions at IBM/ROLM, including Director of

Manufacturing Systems that was responsible for the manufacturing systems supporting ROLM’s three

Bob began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in the Consulting Division (now Accenture). Bob

was a member of a core group of manufacturing system specialists in the firm engaged in developing and

promoting advanced system design capabilities to be used on manufacturing systems projects.
