culture for collaboration.  This includes identifying critical business processes that will benefit from re-

engineering and automation, and add value to your organization.  We can also work with you through our

partners to determine whether your overall workplace strategy will enable you to meet your long term

growth needs.  Our partners include experts in real estate planning, workplace design, and HR strategy.  If

you are moving to a new location, merging with another organization, or planning a major organization

change, considering all these factors will enable your organization to develop a comprehensive strategy

and vision for the future that results in an optimized workplace environment and significant cost savings.

      Design:  Based on the findings in the assessment phase, we work with you to reengineer and streamline

your existing work processes to eliminate bottlenecks, duplicate and redundant steps, etc.  We also define

how process automation, combined with collaborative and social networking technologies, can further

improve and optimize your work processes.  Based on your requirements, we evaluate and select the

      Implementation:  We work with you to plan and execute the implementation and rollout of the new,

automated processes across your organization.  This includes developing online user training to educate

users in the proper use and benefits of the new work processes, as well as strategies for user adoption,

which are critical to the success of process improvement initiatives.

      On-going Support:  We develop and implement metrics to monitor the new work processes to measure

their success.  We work with you to make adjustments where necessary to improve user adoption, and

report on progress to management.
